Saint-Gobain Sekurit Scandinavia AB in Eslöv, Sweden is looking for a new colleague to lead their technical process team in the role as Technical Process Manager!

The main work task as a Technical Process Manager is to be responsible to lead and develop processes within the plant to optimize efficiency, capacity and cost efficiency. You will report to the Plant Manager and work closely with different departments to reach our productivity goals and meet the needs of the costumer.

To thrive in this position, it is important that you have a strong interest in technical development, you are solutions oriented and have strong leadership skills. You are a flexible person with a good ability to build relationship with people both in and outside of the organization.

Role description

As a Technical Process Manager you are responsible for leading and developing technical and process improvements to optimize the plants performance. It is a strategically important role where you coordinate between project teams and technicians to ensure an efficient production process and support project development. An important part of your work is to analyze and identify losses in the production and to develop and implement actions to improve efficiency and collect relevant data when there are known losses.

Also part of the role is:

· Planning and implementation of testing on the production lines, analysis of data, documentation of results as well as implementation of actions based on this analysis.

· Lead and operate improvement projects with focus on increasing efficiency and quality in the production lines.

Qualifications

· Degree of Master of science in engineering

· At least 5 years of experience within process industry

· Extensive experience as leader of projects

· Documented ability to implement and lead improvement processes with focus on efficiency and innovation.

Your curious mindset is what drives you at work. You can work independently as well as in teams and you have a natural ability to build and develop relationships.
