We are looking for an Automation & Electrical Engineer for a company in Västerås. Start is in April, 12-month limited contract to begin with.

• Motor selection and evaluation

• Requirement definition and refinement

• Performance and robustness assessments

Analyze motor behavior related to:

• Torque and speed characteristics

• Efficiency and losses

• Thermal behavior and cooling

• Lifetime and degradation

• Support root cause analysis of motor‑related issues in development or field

• Participate in technical reviews and design decisions as a subject‑matter expert

• Contribute to testing, validation, and qualification activities

• Provide input on motor technology trends and supplier capabilities

Languages: English mandatory, swedish is a merit

This is a full-time consultant position in Västerås through Incluso. Start is in April, 12-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Västerås.
