Drive the systematic work of security across Swedbank, including information, personnel and physical security
Contribute to major internal and external assurance initiatives in security area.
Contribute to implementation of a rapidly developing system for measuring security posture, ensuring the optimum design, data correctness and stakeholder engagement.
Contribute to development and improvement of controls in security area.
Collaborate and engage stakeholders across Swedbank on topics including security posture, risk exposure, controls, follow-up, as well as regulatory coordination, role and responsibility embedding
Understanding of internal control system, internal controls and risk management from an assurance provider perspective, preferably from perspective of a large, regulated organisation.
Practical experience with end-to-end metrics pipeline, from data ingestion and transformation to metric calculation and visualization.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Practical experience with Agile ways of working.
Demonstrated experience of successful communication skills, easily making sense of the complex and what is important.
Proven ability to interpret requirements (internal and external, including regulations and laws specific to security)
