As an Order Management Specialist, you are the primary point of contact for customers and business partners of ABB Electrification in Sweden. Your mission is to ensure that every customer receives exceptional experience when doing business with us. You support them throughout the entire order lifecycle — from order registration to invoicing — and make sure all inquiries are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.

Reporting to the Swedish Customer Operations Manager, you will use your customer service expertise and product knowledge to support the Swedish Sales team in managing and responding to customer requests. Your role is essential in ensuring seamless internal coordination, efficient order handling, and continuous improvement of our processes and tools.

Your role and responsibilities

• Deliver effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal teams and resources.
• Manage and work within internal systems and tools to support increased automation and a higher share of electronic orders.
• Analyze and actively participate in the full order flow, ensuring compliance with internal control requirements.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and complete communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner and support escalation or expediting activities when needed.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems to meet evolving process requirements efficiently.
• Think proactively and creatively to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to new service development initiatives.

Your qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Operations/Customer Service, including order handling, customer communication, and delivery monitoring and follow-up.
• A degree in Business Administration is meritorious.
• Agile, proactive and accountable, with a proven ability to take ownership and drive customer issues to resolution.
• Strong multitasking and self‑management skills, with a thorough and detail-oriented approach in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with SAP is preferred; equivalent knowledge from similar ERP systems is also an advantage.
• Experience using Salesforce as a case-management system, as well as working with or improving electronic order flows, is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, combined with a structured work style and the capability to meet tight deadlines.
• A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent/native proficiency in Swedish for daily customer interaction and written communication, and basic professional proficiency in English for internal communication and system use.
