You will help shape digital experiences in a large-scale e-commerce environment where customer journeys span multiple touchpoints. The assignment combines product thinking, UX research and strong UI craft, with a clear focus on creating intuitive, inclusive and scalable experiences across web, apps and internal tools.

You will work closely with product, tech, brand and commercial stakeholders to turn user needs and business goals into clear design decisions. The role suits you if you enjoy moving from insight to concept to polished execution, while contributing to consistent ways of working through design systems and measurable UX outcomes.

• You create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI for multiple digital touchpoints.
• You conduct user research to inform, validate and refine design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• You collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Brand and Commercial teams to shape solutions that balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
• You present design concepts clearly and anchor your recommendations in user insights and product strategy.
• You apply and contribute to Design System methodology to drive consistency and scalability across experiences.
• You design inclusive experiences and use accessibility best practices, including WCAG guidelines.
• You facilitate workshops that create alignment and help teams move forward with a shared direction.
• You define and track UX metrics to understand design impact and support continuous improvement.
• You champion a user-first mindset throughout the product development lifecycle and bring relevant industry best practices into your work.

• 5+ years of experience designing for digital platforms such as web, apps and internal tools in large-scale environments.
• Experience designing for native iOS and Android applications.
• Strong interaction design and UI craft skills.
• Experience using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proven experience working with Design Systems and system-thinking in design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to bring clarity in ambiguous situations.
• A self-directed mindset and experience leading design initiatives end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, UserZoom and Jira.
