About the AssignmentYou will take a central role in driving software quality across multiple programs in a technically advanced automotive environment.
The assignment focuses on identifying quality gaps, defining the right actions, and following them through to closure so that releases, integration, and testing move forward with the right level of quality and compliance.
You will work close to program and project managers, as well as stakeholders across the wider R&D organization, to create alignment on quality-related matters.
The role also includes contributing to the process framework that supports software development and ensuring that ways of working stay aligned with relevant automotive standards.

Job Description- You will lead and coordinate software quality activities across several programs.
- You will define, drive, and follow up the quality actions needed to close identified product gaps.
- You will work closely with program and project managers to align priorities, risks, and quality expectations.
- You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on quality-related topics throughout the development flow.
- You will contribute to software release, integration, and testing together with a team of project leaders for the core system.
- You will help shape and maintain processes within the process framework to support compliance and consistent quality work.
- You will ensure alignment with relevant automotive quality standards, including ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO 12207.
Requirements- Several years of experience in software quality assurance for different types of systems and solutions.
- Good knowledge of complex systems, including embedded SW/HW in the automotive domain.
- Good knowledge of software quality engineering practices and standards.
- Deep knowledge of relevant automotive quality standards such as ISO/IEC 15504 and ISO 12207.
- Hands-on experience in software development.
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Very good English, both written and spoken.
- You are able to work in a methodical and analytical way, drive initiatives forward, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams.
- Ability to complete a basic background check covering education, recent employment, identity, and citizenship verification.
