The opportunity
As a Mechanical HVDC Plant Designer within Tender Preparation, you will work in a collaborative engineering environment where problem-solving, learning, and sound technical judgement are key. You will be involved early in tender development and work closely with experienced colleagues across multiple engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural engineering.
Each tender is unique, offering opportunities to grow your expertise, contribute with your ideas, and help shape robust, safe, and sustainable HVDC solutions. You will be supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and encouraged to take responsibility while continuously developing your technical and professional skills. Collaboration, clarity, and shared responsibility are essential to delivering our high-quality engineering solutions.
“In this position, you’ll work with complex and interesting challenges, collaborate closely across disciplines, and contribute to solutions that make a real impact. You are never alone — teamwork and knowledge sharing are fundamental to how we succeed.”
— Lars-Ove Mellberg, Mechanical Plant Design Manager
