You will take on a key sourcing role in an industrial environment where production investments and supplier performance are high on the agenda. The assignment involves close collaboration with the business and active support in ongoing production-related initiatives, including work connected to a new factory setup.

You will work in a cross-functional setting with production and other stakeholders, helping to shape category strategies that support both day-to-day operations and larger investment activities. This is a hands-on role for you if you enjoy combining strategic sourcing with close business partnership in a dynamic environment.

• Develop, plan, and implement sourcing strategies within assigned categories.
• Support procurement activities linked to production investments and related business needs.
• Drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery performance, and supplier reliability.
• Work closely with production and other cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with operational priorities.
• Contribute to supplier management and continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing area.
• Provide structured sourcing support in an environment with ongoing change and investment activities.

• Several years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
• Experience working close to production and/or investment projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and a solid business mindset.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to work independently in a structured manner.

• Experience from manufacturing or technical industries.
• Experience supporting factory setup or large-scale investment projects.

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Occupational pension (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB, 30% above)
• Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year
