We operate in Sweden, the USA, Germany, Finland, Italy.  What you'll do As an Application Engineer, you will support customers and internal teams by providing high quality technical expertise across lithium battery systems and chargers. You combine application engineering, field problem solving, and system integration support, ensuring that customer projects move smoothly from concept to deployment. In this role, you will execute assigned projects, perform system design tasks, and assist customers with technical issues both remotely and on site. You will participate in technical meetings, collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams, and ensure that all solutions comply with internal processes and established quality standards. Acting as a hands on technical partner, you will help customers integrate products effectively while maintaining strong satisfaction throughout the process. A key part of your responsibilities will be proactively identifying technical or quality issues in the field, reporting them to the appropriate internal resources, and following the implementation of corrective actions. You will close the loop with customers by providing clear feedback and ensuring that solutions are fully validated. As you grow in the role, you will take on greater ownership of customer integration activities and contribute to continuous improvement across products and processes. In this role you will be travelling frequently in Northen Italy, and sometimes internationally.  What you’ll get  • A key role in a fast-growing, innovative company where your creativity and ideas have a real impact.   • A dynamic, development-driven environment with great opportunities for professional growth.  • Collaboration across functions, in an international environment. • Work with cutting-edge technology in a culture that values initiative, collaboration, and continuous learning.   Requirements: • Min 5 years of experience in application engineering, service engineering, or technical customer support. • Technical background with focus on battery systems, chargers, and electronics. • Experience managing project tasks according to timelines, quality standards, and established processes. • Experience in participating in customer meetings and handling field level technical discussions. • Experience in working independently on system design, diagnostic work, and technical issue resolution. • Ability to travel 50% for customer visits, technical support, and onsite investigations. • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
