Assignment Description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Industrial Automation Specialist

What You Will Work On

Cybersecurity Governance & Risk

• Establish and drive cybersecurity governance frameworks for ICS/OT environments
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for industrial systems
• Define and enforce security policies aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, and regulatory requirements
• Support incident response and vulnerability management in OT environments
• Recommend secure configurations, patching, and firmware upgrades

Industrial Automation Systems Security

• Analyze and secure PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, and IIoT systems
• Collaborate with automation teams to design secure architectures and networks
• Support network segmentation, zoning, and OT architecture improvements
• Secure integrations between IT and OT environments

Monitoring & Compliance

• Maintain OT asset inventories / SBOMs using discovery tools
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• Conduct cybersecurity training and awareness sessions
• Support continuous monitoring and improvement of OT security posture

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in industrial automation and OT/ICS cybersecurity
• Deep expertise in PLC, SCADA, DCS, and industrial systems security
• Strong experience with risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC UA, etc.)
• Experience with network security architecture (firewalls, segmentation, VLANs)
• Familiarity with OT security monitoring tools (Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, etc.)
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST)
• Excellent collaboration skills across IT, OT, and business teams
• Fluent in English
