Assignment Description

We are looking for a Manager IT Operations & Delivery to lead IT operations

What You Will Work On

• Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring high system availability and performance
• Take full responsibility for team leadership, including staffing, development, and budget
• Drive continuous improvements in IT processes and ways of working
• Lead local and global infrastructure projects
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other IT functions
• Build and evolve a modern IT function aligned with long-term business needs
• Ensure lifecycle management of infrastructure, servers, and networks
• Oversee service delivery quality and operational excellence

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
• Proven experience in leadership and team management
• Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent practical experience
• Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
• Experience driving change and improvements in IT environments
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Swedish and good English (spoken and written)
