You will take ownership of contract changes within a complex project and ensure they are fully implemented across all relevant sub-projects. In this role, you will work in a structured, security-sensitive environment where coordination, follow-up, and clear communication are central. You will be an important link between stakeholders, helping to manage dependencies, maintain visibility, and support progress throughout the project.

• Drive and coordinate contract changes throughout the project.
• Ensure that approved changes are implemented across all relevant sub-projects.
• Follow up on implementation status and help keep activities on track.
• Act as a link between sub-projects and other stakeholders to secure alignment and manage dependencies.
• Create, maintain, and update documentation related to contract changes, including change logs and implementation status.
• Prepare and present regular reports on contract changes to project management and other relevant stakeholders.

• 3-7 years of experience as a project manager.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• You are driven, structured, and accurate, with the ability to follow through until changes are fully implemented.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)

• Technical background as a system engineer or similar.

• Occupational pension (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB, 30% above)
