You will take a key role in an international automotive environment, leading product development programs from planning through execution. The assignment focuses on driving complex development work with cross-functional teams, aligning internal PDP milestones with customer expectations, and keeping the program on track in terms of timing, cost, and quality.

You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and customers, with broad responsibility for structure, progress, and communication throughout the program lifecycle. This role suits you if you enjoy coordinating many moving parts and creating momentum in a demanding, global setting.

• Lead multifunctional teams to ensure successful execution of the product development process.
• Define project milestones according to PDP and synchronize them with customer milestones.
• Set up the project team with all functions required for delivery.
• Define action plans and follow up on execution.
• Plan, prepare, and conduct project reviews, including PDP gate reviews.
• Drive the project according to agreed targets for timing, cost, and quality.
• Define and maintain the project timeline.
• Manage communication with customers and relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
• 7 years as Program Manager in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Flexibility to travel to customer plants and company locations as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A disciplined, accurate, and structured way of working.
• A strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and a collaborative mindset.
