About the job
In this position, you manage the full flow of purchase, manufacturing, and distribution orders end-to-end to secure seamless execution, high data accuracy, and on-time delivery across the global supply chain. Your daily work drives standardization and automation, while performance management and cross-functional collaboration keep order fulfillment transparent and reliable. You actively work to future proof our supply chain moving from reactive to proactive order management while driving productivity through automation initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
You report to the Head of Global Planning and manage a global team of approximately 12 Master Schedulers – most of the team is based in Fagersta (Sweden) together with Pune (India). You’re an important member of the Global Planning Leadership team where you contribute to overall success for the organization.
Location and flexibility
The location of this position is Fagersta, Sweden. This is a global role within Global Planning, and you work in close collaboration with production units and stakeholders across regions and time zones.

We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in supply chain and operations – making it natural for you to connect transactional execution with performance, process, and improvement. You’re comfortable leading work across functions and regions, with order governance and data accuracy as a daily priority.
