You will take a senior role in a complex Identity and Access Management environment where OpenText Identity Manager is central to identity lifecycle management and governance. The assignment focuses on development, integration, and continuous improvement of the IDM platform, with close collaboration across technical teams and stakeholders.

You will help ensure stable, efficient, and well-structured processes for joiner, mover, leaver, and governance flows. The role combines hands-on development with specialist input in architecture, platform improvement, and integration design.

• Develop and maintain integrations between OpenText Identity Manager and target systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID.
• Create, maintain, and refine business logic within the OpenText Identity Manager platform.
• Design, build, and maintain workflows in OpenText IDM.
• Implement and manage integrations using OpenText driver technology, REST API drivers, and JDBC integrations.
• Extend and customize schemas in OpenText IDM when needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support identity lifecycle and governance processes.
• Contribute to architecture and continuous improvement of the IDM platform.
• Use Azure DevOps and GitHub to support version control, collaboration, and deployment processes.

• Deep knowledge of the OpenText Identity Manager platform.
• Strong experience with OpenText driver technology.
• Experience with Workday integrations and standard JDBC integrations.
• Strong knowledge of OpenText REST API Driver and customized schema extensions.
• Experience working with OpenText Designer.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a senior specialist role while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
