As our Nordic Education Coordinator, you will play a key role in making sure learning and development (SATS Academy) runs smoothly, professionally and with high quality. By coordinating and supporting the implementation of learning activities, this role ensures that educational programs are consistently planned, delivered, tracked and followed up across all countries.

We are now looking for a structured, service-minded and proactive coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with people across different teams and markets.

The position is full-time and located at one of our Nordic service offices in Sundbyberg, Oslo, Helsinki or Copenhagen.

To thrive in this role, you are someone who loves bringing structure to complexity and making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You enjoy coordinating and planning, and you have a service minded and assertive approach while communicating with others.

You communicate clearly and professionally in English as well as one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and in writing.

In addition, we believe you have:

• Experience from coordination, operations or administrative roles

• A strong appreciation for structured and routine‑based work, and takes pride in accuracy, consistency and follow‑through

• An interest in digital tools, automation and AI-supported ways of working

• Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail

• Confidence working with digital tools and systems such as LMS platforms, HR systems and MS Office

• A service‑mindset and is focused on creating positive employee experiences related to learning and development

RESPONSABILITIES🌟:

Your days will be varied and involve both coordination, administration and development work, for example you will work with:

• Coordinate learning initiatives across all markets including practical arrangements

• Communicate with participants, managers, trainers and external partners for planning and execution

• Manage and improve digital tools, systems and AI-enabled solutions to ensure efficient, scalable and high-quality course administration

• Maintain and update training calendars in collaboration with stakeholders

• Monitor course completion rates and ensure data accuracy in reporting

• Act as team lead within the CPR area, ensuring consistent and qualitative delivery across all markets

• Maintaining and continously revising routines and internal guidelines for course administration

• Contributing to learning & development projects as relevant
