Quality Engineer

About the Role: As a Quality Engineer, you ensure processes meet high-quality standards and support the development of new solutions. You collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, handle quality-related matters, and lead audits and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as main contact for quality-related topics (internal/external)

• Plan and lead internal and external audits

• Drive improvement projects and corrective actions

• Conduct internal training

• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Korean and English (fluent)

• Understanding of manufacturing/production processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong analytical and structured mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ISO 9001/14001, audits, and quality tools (5 Why, 8D, FMEA)

• Experience in manufacturing or international environments
