Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Demand Planning (1-2 Years) and Long Term Volume forecast (1-5 years)
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance and TTI to optimize and execute on agreed volume plans
- Translate data into insights that drive revenue growth, improved margin and inventory optimization
- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
- Oversee scenario planning, what-if analysis and risk/opportunity assessments to support decision making
- Establish standardized KPI’s and dashboards
- Business owner of Demand Planning tools and process
- Secure data quality, governance and integration for usage across the company
- Lead and drive transformation initiatives in the field of volume planning, including the digital transformation
- Be an inclusive leader and develop a high performing team
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation
Requested Qualifications (both critical competencies and crucial behaviors)
- Master’s degree and/or extensive experience in the field of Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or Supply Chain Management
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in developing and motivating high-performing teams
- Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to understand long term business needs and proactively shape roadmaps that supports business growth
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience in collaborating across Sales, Finance, Operations and Digit to drive aligned strategies
- Skilled in presenting analytical insights into clear and actionable recommendations
- Experience in leading transformations including process redesign, system implementations and change management initiatives
- Excellent communication, influence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
- Result oriented mindset with a history of driving measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory levels
