Job Summary
We are looking for a strong Corporate Communications Manager who is a seasoned communications strategist responsible for shaping, managing, and elevating the communications of the CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and key enterprise-level entities such as Tetra Laval and other leaders in the organisation.
This role demands exceptional stakeholder-management skills, organizational maturity, editorial judgment, and the ability to advise and support high visibility leaders on complex, high impact communication topics.
This leader will drive executive positioning, ensure enterprise-wide communications governance, steward high stakes Tetra Laval communications, and build a strong platform for thought leadership across the company.
What you will do
1. CEO & Executive Leadership Communications
Build, lead, and execute a comprehensive executive positioning strategy for the CEO and select ELT members, including:
2. Tetra Laval
Lead all key Tetra Laval communications and reputation stewardship activities, including: Tetra Laval PR, issues, and crisis management activities.
Drive brand, corporate, and operational communication activities, including annual Tetra Laval Report (content coordination, standards, timelines) and donations program
3. Speakers’ Bureau – Global Thought Leadership Enablement and Excellence
Establish, lead, and evolve a global Speakers’ Bureau as a core driver of future thought leadership, including:
4. Establish and sustain communications governance mechanisms across the Executive Leadership Team, including:
We believe you have
Professional Experience
13–15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Executive Communications, or Strategic Communications roles.
Proven experience advising and supporting CEOs, senior executives, or high profile leaders.
Strong background in issues/crisis communications and enterprise-level reputation management.
Experience working across global, matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder networks.
Experience overseeing high-stakes governance and enterprise-wide communications frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging abilities tailored for executive audiences.
Polished executive presence with strong influencing and advisory skills.
Expertise in strategic planning, editorial management, and thought leadership development.
Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information.
Crisis and issues management capability with calm, strategic decision-making.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to connect enterprise-level narratives with market realities.
High level of professionalism, maturity, and accountability.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Public Affairs, Journalism, or related disciplines.
