You will be part of the EVP METS Analytics team. The team is a small and agile group of dedicated engineers, working with developing and supporting use-case specific analytics solutions, for Axis' more "special" video products, including explosion protected, thermal and multi-directional cameras. Working in our team entails close collaboration with other teams of different disciplines, as well as other analytics teams. Your role as an Agile Lead Working as an Agile Lead in our team, your main objective will be to drive and facilitate our team's projects together with the team of engineers. As part of achieving this objective, you will be expected to collaborate and communicate with engineers and product managers from all over Axis. Your role also includes facilitating SCRUM-like meetings and making sure the projects are on track, both when it comes to deliveries and deadlines. Our software responsibilities span all the way from model training and camera application development, to ensuring the optimal performance of these applications. We therefore see that you are a technical leader, with former experience of software development in a team setting. In addition to this, we want to make sure to include a user experience and data driven approach in everything we do. As an Agile Lead, we expect you to include the user perspective in your work. Who are we looking for? You are curious, have a great passion for technology, love challenges, and enjoy problem solving in a team setting. In addition, we believe that you are self-driven and inspired by working in an environment of openness, creativity, trust, commitment, playfulness, and encouragement. We also request that you have: * A university degree in computer science, engineering mathematics, or related field. * A few years of experience as a Software Developer (Preferably in Python, C and/or C++). * A proactive and organized mindset, capable of understanding the big picture and driving projects to completion. * A strong interest in, and curiosity for algorithm development and Deep Learning/Machine Learning.
