ABOUT THE POSITION As a Retail Sales Assistant at Mini Rodini you are an ambassador for the brand and your daily mission is to contribute to sales by offering the best possible service to our customers and to ensure that the store is always presentable. Your tasks will include but not be limited to: • Deliver a high level of customer service, creating a premium in-store experience • Drive sales through product knowledge and confident customer engagement • Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing • Open and close the store as a key holder, following all procedures • Support with deliveries, stock control, and stock takes • Assist the Store Manager with daily operations • Handle customer queries, returns, and product advice professionally The position is a 60% part-time role. You are based in our store at Odengatan, Stockholm and you will report to the Store Manager. The position requires the flexibility to work both weekends and weekdays. QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience:  • A skilled salesperson with experience from similar positions  • Being positive, goal-oriented, flexible and motivated by good sales results • Knowledge of textile materials and sustainability is an advantage • Able to communicate both in Swedish and English  THE IDEAL MATCH To succeed in this position we believe you are passionate about customer service and thrive in a team-based atmosphere.
