You will join a Technology & Innovation team in the automotive sector where you help turn strategic goals into clear, executable plans. In this role, you act as the operational backbone for product initiatives and make sure projects are planned, resourced, and delivered with quality. You work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, creating structure in a fast-moving environment with many parallel priorities.

This is a role for you who enjoy combining strategy with hands-on delivery management. You will help teams stay aligned, remove blockers early, and strengthen collaboration across product, quality, design, and other partner functions.

• Act as the main point of contact for project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps for product initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and align teams around goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Handle incoming requests, secure needed technical input, and keep deliveries moving according to plan.
• Identify bottlenecks early, propose solutions, and help teams stay unblocked.
• Drive special projects and innovation initiatives together with functions such as Marketing, Merchandise, HMI, and Intelligent Drive.
• Track scope, budget changes, and shifting priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Document and communicate program updates in a clear and structured way.

• You have 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Design Operations, or a similar role.
• You have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and programs from concept to launch.
• You are highly structured and can keep multiple initiatives moving in parallel.
• You have expertise in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Excel.
• You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and can influence without direct authority.
• You are comfortable working proactively in an environment with ambiguity and rapid change.
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written.

• Experience from automotive, software, consumer tech, or innovation-driven environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Experience with headcount and capacity planning for project teams.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Design, Business, Communications, or Computer Science.
• Mandarin language skills.
