Your role
In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the design artifacts, high quality code deliverables, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development.
· Strong domain expertise in Insurance, particularly Motor Insurance processes and operations.
· Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft NET technologies: VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, MVVM, WCF, REST APIs.
· Hands-on experience developing and configuring WCF Web Services for distributed applications.
· Extensive experience with Blazor (Server & WebAssembly) and Angular, including UI optimization, state management, and component architecture.
· Practical experience in production maintenance and support including incident handling, SLA tracking, ServiceNow workflows, and root cause analysis.
· Strong proficiency with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, log analysis, and performance diagnostics.
· Experience working with TDD using MSTest/XUnit and mocking frameworks like MOQ or Rhino Mocks.
· Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2019, including design and optimization of complex stored procedures.
· Strong analytical and debugging skills with experience in large-scale VB.NET applications.
· Ability to prepare high-quality design artifacts and technical documentation.
· Experience collaborating with business users for requirement gathering, clarification, and solution walkthroughs.
· Experience working in SAFe Agile environments and global delivery models.
· Ability to lead and mentor small development teams.
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, delivery automation, and test automation frameworks.
Preferred
· Experience with Azure DevOps for version control, pipelines, and automated deployments.
· Exposure to L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications.
Responsibilities
· Lead the design, development, and testing of • NET applications in alignment with enterprise architectural standards.
· Conduct requirement analysis, estimations, and work planning.
· Develop high-level design artifacts and guide implementation across SDLC phases.
· Drive go-live activities, deployment readiness, and transition support.
· Investigate and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
· Build and maintain a repository of best practices, reusable components, and technical knowledge.
· Provide direction to onsite and offshore teams to ensure cohesive and timely delivery.
