About the role:
As we scale our growth ambition across EMEA, we are looking for a Head Paid Acquisition to define and execute the company’s growth marketing strategy across the full customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue expansion. In addition, you will partner closely with Product, D2C, Analytics, Brand, and Finance to ensure full end‑to‑end alignment of the growth strategy.
As Head of Paid Acquisition, you will drive sustainable growth targets and long‑term value by operating hands‑on—both personally and through your team—while partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and maintaining deep alignment with the commercial agenda. You will lead quality and conversion improvements across all funnel stages, driving growth in activation, retention, sales, and engagement through data‑driven strategy and continuous optimization.
