Are you ready to drive growth in one of the world’s most advanced and impactful technology sectors? We are looking for a strategic and energetic Business Developer to accelerate our expansion within medical and industrial radioisotopes—an area critical to global healthcare, research, and high‑tech industry.

About the Role

As our Business Developer, you will take the lead in identifying market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and developing new business streams. You will work closely with our technical, commercial, and operational teams to shape competitive offerings and secure long‑term partnerships within the radioisotope value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for growth in medical and industrial isotope markets

  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships across pharma, nuclear medicine, research, and industrial sectors

  • Drive sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions, proposals, and value‑adding services

  • Represent the company at conferences, customer visits, and industry events

Requirements

  • Relevant technical university degree (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Nuclear Technology or similar)

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the radioisotope market (medical or industrial applications)

  • Strong understanding of nuclear technology, isotope production, or radiopharmaceutical supply chains

  • Demonstrated ability to build customer trust and close complex technical sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills

  • Ability to work strategically while driving hands‑on commercial execution
