We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join us. In this role, you’ll be one of the most senior members of our development team and play a key part in technical decisions, take technical ownership of projects and systems, ensure high-quality code and development processes, while doing hands-on development every day to help build and improve our product.
Key Responsibilities
Write, review, and maintain clean, well-structured Java code. • Lead and mentor colleagues by sharing your technical expertise. • Take technical ownership of projects end-to-end, supporting the product development process from concept to delivery. • Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing ideas, giving feedback, and solving problems together. • Contribute to system architecture and help shape the long-term technical vision. • Ensure features work reliably and meet customer needs. • Remove obstacles, keep the team aligned, and ensure timely delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
At least 7 years’ experience in software development, ideally with experience from product development. • Strong experience with Java or equivalent technology. Interest in working with Java, as that is our core technology. • Experience reviewing code, giving colleagues in development feedback, and making technical decisions. • Experience with taking the lead on technical development initiatives, having responsibility for delivery, and coordinating work with other developers or dev teams. • Ability to help translate high-level requirements into concrete technical solutions. • Good communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to both developers and non-developers. • Fluent in English. • Collaborative mindset, balancing input with openness to alternative approaches
Preferred:
Experience in B2B SaaS product development and cloud technologies. • Familiarity with test automation and software best practices.
