Job Description

Muehlhan Wind Service is looking for experienced Blade Repair Technicians to support wind turbine service and maintenance projects in Sweden.

The technician will perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine blades in accordance with industry standards and company safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wind turbine blade inspection and repair
• Conduct structural and cosmetic blade repairs
• Work with composite materials (fiberglass, epoxy, resins)
• Follow OEM repair procedures and technical documentation
• Complete repair reports and documentation
• Maintain high HSE and quality standards during all tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in wind turbine blade repair
• Factory or manufacturing experience with wind turbine blades is highly preferred
• Practical experience with composite repair techniques (laminating, grinding, sanding, filling)
• Ability to communicate in English
