About the AssignmentWe are looking for a Senior Agile Coach for an assignment in a global industrial environment undergoing a continued agile transformation.
In this role, you will support a Product Area in strengthening product strategies, maturing agile ways of working, and building stronger product management capabilities.
You will work closely with leadership, an agile center of excellence, and product teams.
The assignment combines strategic advisory work with hands-on coaching and facilitation, and also includes mentoring a newly appointed PA Coach in the organization.
Job Description- Drive and support the development of product strategies across teams within the Product Area.
- Ensure alignment between product strategies, agile ways of working, and the organization’s frameworks and strategic objectives.
- Organize and facilitate agile leadership meetings for the Product Area Leadership Team and manage the backlog.
- Support roadmap-related activities through preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
- Identify future needs, improvement opportunities, and organizational recommendations for the Product Area.
- Coach leaders and product teams in agile principles and ways of working.
- Support teams in backlog structure and refinement, prioritization, capacity planning, and collaboration models.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment through communities of practice and product sync sessions.
- Provide mentoring and practical guidance to a newly onboarded PA Coach.
Requirements- 5–10 years of experience as an agile coach or in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of agile frameworks and principles.
- Preferably also experience with product management practices.
- Strong ability to coach both leaders and teams.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to provide practical guidance and concrete recommendations.
- Experience facilitating workshops, kick-offs, and training sessions.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to develop processes and training materials.
- Ability to plan, structure, and lead work independently.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
