Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager
What you will work on
- Take ownership of IT services related to Finance Operations, with D365FO as the core platform
- Ensure stable operations, high-quality support, and structured incident and problem management
- Work according to ITIL principles for service management
- Prioritize and coordinate change requests with business and suppliers
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and follow up on deliverables
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure delivery quality
- Drive improvements in processes, data flows, and ways of working within the finance domain
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management
- Experience working according to ITIL principles
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably within finance (e.g., D365FO or similar)
- Strong experience in requirements management and collaboration with business and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills (spoken and written)
