Job Description:

The client is seeking experienced Validation Engineers to support the verification and validation of advanced electronic systems within the Active Safety domain. This role is critical in ensuring robust system performance and product quality across multiple engineering layers, including system, hardware, software, and testing.

As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, preparing and executing test strategies, and delivering comprehensive validation reports. You will work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with defined processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and carry out validation test activities in line with internal frameworks and customer specifications.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of system architecture across system, hardware, software, and testing domains.
• Evaluate requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and validation plans.
• Monitor test execution, analyze outcomes, and communicate results to stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers.
• Detect potential risks within the validation lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Escalate critical technical issues and ensure timely resolution through appropriate channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Support knowledge sharing initiatives and contribute to strengthening team competencies.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practices.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing and validating advanced embedded systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating technical validation activities.

Education Required:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in embedded systems testing and validation
• Solid understanding of system architecture across SYS, HW, SW, and TEST domains
• Experience in test planning, execution, and reporting
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and track technical activities and deliverables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
