You will support an organization in improving its shipping processes and preparing the transition to Oracle OTM. The assignment focuses on building a scalable, multi-user way of working with clear service levels, stronger data quality, and better operational visibility across shipping flows.

This is a cross-functional role where you will coordinate stakeholders, structure the project, and help ensure that updated processes, systems, and ways of working are successfully adopted across the business.

• Lead the project organization and define roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
• Manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, budget, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define lane-specific SLAs for different shipping modes, including express, parcel, pallet, and export.
• Support the implementation of a priority lane for urgent material requests.
• Drive the transition of shipping processes into Oracle OTM with standardized workflows and improved visibility.
• Help structure and cleanse foundational data, including shipment timestamps and alias-to-organization mapping.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to prepare process handover materials.
• Review and update guidelines, training materials, communication, and adoption activities for end users.
• Contribute to more predictable and transparent shipping operations across the organization.

• Experience leading projects with responsibility for scope, planning, budget, quality, and risk management.
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ability to structure information clearly and work across different functions.
• Comfort working with basic data in Excel and Power BI for mapping and insights.
• Ability to support process transition and adoption related to Oracle OTM.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
