About the AssignmentYou will join a supply chain team in a production-focused environment, supporting operational buyers and helping the organization stay ahead of delayed deliveries.
The assignment focuses on minimizing the impact of supply disruptions by following up on critical material deliveries and ensuring close coordination between suppliers, purchasing, and production.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working proactively, communicating clearly, and finding practical solutions together with multiple stakeholders.
Limited travel may occur.
Job Description- Follow up on critical deliveries and monitor materials at risk of delay.
- Expedite materials that suppliers have announced will be delivered late.
- Act as a key point of contact between buyers and production lines to align material availability with production needs.
- Communicate with suppliers in Sweden and internationally by phone and email.
- Support the business by driving urgent issues forward and helping resolve delivery challenges together with internal functions and suppliers.
Requirements- Experience in supply chain, purchasing support, material planning, or a similar coordination role.
- Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to proactively manage delayed deliveries.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and contribute to practical solutions in a production environment.
