Assignment Overview

We are looking for a SolidWorks Specialist

What you will work on

• Providing first-line support for SolidWorks users globally
• Supporting engineers in their daily use of MCAD tools
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SolidWorks and PLM systems
• Working with SolidWorks Workgroup Manager and Windchill PLM systems
• Collaborating with internal support teams and local super users
• Assisting with system configuration, user support, and issue resolution
• Ensuring smooth operation of the CAD and product lifecycle management environment
• Supporting best practices and efficient use of engineering design tools
• Communicating with users across multiple international locations

What you bring

• Documented experience working with SolidWorks MCAD systems
• Strong knowledge of SolidWorks Workgroup Manager
• Experience working with Windchill PLM system
• Experience supporting CAD users or engineering tools
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional environments
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with similar support or system administration roles is considered an advantage
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
