Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager within Life Science
What you will work on
- Leading and managing Life Science projects from initiation to completion
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources
- Ensuring project delivery according to scope, quality, budget, and schedule
- Managing capital investment projects in accordance with project management methodologies
- Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and EHS standards
- Implementing and following project management best practices and templates
- Monitoring project budgets and performing cost control activities
- Collaborating with Program Managers and other Project Managers to ensure alignment
- Assessing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Balancing quality, scope, schedule, and cost requirements
- Supporting project documentation and acting as document owner for project deliverables
- Working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
What you bring
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Life Science or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations and regulated environments
- Experience managing capital projects or engineering-related initiatives
- Ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, and quality requirements
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams
- Advanced skills in MS Office and MS Project
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Experience with risk management and cost control
- Basic financial and budgeting knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Fluent Swedish and English communication skills
