Assignment Overview
We are looking for a PMO / Project Coordinator
What you will work on
- Supporting project governance and project management activities
- Maintaining project plans, timelines, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Preparing status reports and presentation materials for steering committee meetings
- Coordinating meetings, documentation, and decision points
- Ensuring the project follows established governance and reporting structures
- Supporting the Project Manager in project planning and coordination
- Coordinating activities across multiple project workstreams
- Driving smaller sub-projects and implementation activities
- Supporting the Business Analyst with requirement-related activities
- Planning and coordinating workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Documenting and structuring requirements and project documentation
- Ensuring clear communication between project stakeholders
What you bring
- Experience working in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Support role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Experience maintaining project plans, timelines, and RAID logs
- Experience preparing project reports and management presentations
- Ability to coordinate meetings, documentation, and project communication
- Experience supporting Business Analysts and requirement documentation
- Strong attention to detail and structured working style
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in large transformation or system implementation projects is considered a plus
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
