Do you want to trade the city pulse for salty breezes, cliffs, and unbeatable sunsets? Located on the scenic island of Sydkoster, with Kosterhavet National Park right outside the window, you'll find Ekenäs Havshotell. We are a destination where guests come to relax, enjoy life, and eat fantastic food in an inviting archipelago setting.

Ahead of the summer season, we are now looking for a driven and passionate chef who wants to help exceed our guests' expectations from May to September.

About your role with us: A unique and truly fun part of the job is your workspace: depending on the weather and wind, you will work in both our indoor kitchen and our outdoor kitchen. During wonderful summer days, you will primarily be stationed outdoors in the outdoor kitchen on our vibrant terrace. There, you get to cook right in the center of the action with the sea breeze as your companion!

The pace is sometimes high, especially during midsummer, but we handle it by working unpretentiously together as a team. You will play a key role in our daily operations, from prep to service during both lunch and dinner. Since we are a lively operation, the schedule includes varying working hours across days, evenings, and weekends.

Who are we looking for? We know that the right personality and drive often trump an endlessly long CV. If you have a genuine interest in food, a good deal of joy in your work, and experience from restaurant kitchens, you will fit right in with us.

• Have vocational training or previous à la carte experience (this is a plus, but not a requirement).
