In this role you will become an important part of Group Finance, a team characterized by high commitment, deep expertise and strong cooperation. You are part of a team of three people responsible for consolidation and group accounting within the group. Through rotating tasks, you will have a broad and dynamic role where you contribute to several areas and at the same time have the opportunity for continuous skills development. You are expected to be involved in driving efficiencies and improvements in accounting processes including system issues, while supporting subsidiaries in the group with expertise and guidelines.

This is a newly established role where you will act as the "right hand" to CFO. The role reports to CFO and is located at J2 Sourcing head office in Malmö where about approximately 90 employees operate.

Your main responsibilities

• Accounting, Group accounting and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Participate in interim reports and annual reports.

• Work creatively and solution-oriented in the system Business Central and Bright analytics.

• Provide support, advice and guidelines to the subsidiaries in accounting issues.

• Regulatory and tax issues.

• Involved in acquisition accounting processes.

• Participate in and drive projects within the group accounting area.

• Various ad hoc tasks initiated by various parties within the organization.

• Continuous improvement of routines and working methods.

This is you

To be successful in this role, we believe you are a business-oriented person. You have an academic educational background. To succeed in the position, you have probably worked in a similar role for a few years, either in auditing or in an operational accounting role. If you have some experience from group accounting, it is meritorious.

You have a definite interest in accounting and a strong desire to continue developing in the area. Furthermore, you are a person with an interest in systems and have very good knowledge of Excel, where you enjoy using digital tools to streamline and quality-assure the work. As J2 Group operates internationally, it is important that you are fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish.

You are a person with a good eye for details and possess the ability to work carefully, structured and with high quality. You see yourself as a typical "doer" who likes to drive your work towards goals. As J2 Sourcing is an acquisition-intensive business, it is important that you have a flexible approach, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or equivalent.

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience from advanced accounting in an international environment.

• Experience from the ERP system Business Central is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.

• We have a subsidiary in France, so if you speak French, it is meritorious.
