• Collaborate closely with the business to facilitate and coordinate the risk management activities. This includes identifying and managing risks within the portfolio’s under GT&D. Additionally, work in close cooperation with other GT&D risk functions such as Privacy Management, Information Security Management and Contract Controlling.

• Coordinate business continuity management and Incident management activities including having on-call duty for crisis management.

• Establish routines, action plans and follow up controls to minimize the operational risks.

• Follow up and manage identified risks and findings from Group Risk, Group Compliance, Internal- and External audits.

• Identify, coordinate, follow up and report on operational risks.

• A master’s or bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, IT or similar.

• Substantial working experience in risk management, including risk management methodologies, in a dynamic and rapidly evolving digital landscape.

• Knowledge and experience with Incident Management activities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and management.

• Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Adaptability and the ability to stay relevant with emerging trends in technologies, risk management and digital development.

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with both teams and individuals with focus on building relationships.

• Solution oriented with negotiation skills to manage unclarities and disagreements related to risk management.
