We are looking for a Mandarin Speaking Design Management Team Assistant for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in April, 9-month limited contract to begin with.
Description of the assignment
The Design Management Team Assistant provides administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Design Management function. This role supports leadership in planning, governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure design initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational objectives. The position focuses on workflow coordination, documentation control, and communication management across design teams and stakeholders.
Translate business, operational, and design-related materials accurately and provide live verbal interpretation during meetings, presentations, and discussions.
Coordinate executive-level meetings, design reviews, workshops, and events of varying complexity, ensuring smooth logistics and documentation.
Manage schedules, appointments, travel accommodations and visa applications.
Support day-to-day administrative requests.
Serve as a key coordination point between design leadership and internal departments.
Facilitate cross-studio synergies to enhance knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

Specific responsibilities and workflows may be further clarified and refined during the handover process to ensure alignment with team priorities and operational needs.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in April, 9-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
