Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all culinary operations and kitchen staff
• Ensure high food quality and presentation standards
• Maintain HACCP compliance and food safety regulations
• Control food cost, portion control, and inventory management
• Manage kitchen budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Supervise kitchen teams and optimize staff productivity
• Maintain consistency across all outlets in the restaurant chain
• Work closely with management on concept development and menu engineering
