We are looking for an experienced accountant to support an international organization with Swedish accounting matters and cross-functional finance processes. You will work in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders, contributing structured and high-quality financial work while helping strengthen processes and internal controls.

• Manage accounting matters in line with Swedish regulations.
• Resolve issues primarily between the central shared service center and the local organization.
• Drive process improvements, documentation, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations on invoice flows, PO matching, GR/IR, and accounts payable.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and follow-up activities for the Finance Manager.

• At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting and practical application, including chart of accounts, accruals, depreciation, provisions, VAT, employer related taxes, and annual closing.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Fluent Swedish, spoken and written.
• Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and reconciliation templates.

• Experience with SAP, especially FI/CO.
• Experience with PO flows and GR/IR.
• Knowledge of procurement-related accounting and processes such as P2P, accounts payable, and invoice matching.
• Understanding of SOX internal controls, including design and testing of key controls, documentation, and process mapping.
• Experience from larger international companies or shared service centers.
