As a ServiceNow Architect, you will join a dedicated team responsible for enabling efficient processes, modern technologies, and strong governance across the company. Placement: Flexible within Sweden.

Your role:

In the role as a ServiceNow Architect you will define and maintain the overall solution architecture, ensuring that all implementations are technically robust, aligned with ServiceNow best practices, and supported by clear, high-quality architectural documentation. You will take ownership of the platform’s end-to-end architecture, working both strategically and operationally across design, implementation, and continuous improvement. The role requires close collaboration with the platform owner, business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and external partners to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and plan ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations that meet business needs and industry standards.
• Stay current with ServiceNow developments and proactively introduce new ideas and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solid technical designs.
• Guide and support developers to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
• Assess and evaluate existing implementations, providing clear recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and easy to maintain through well-structured architectural governance.

Profile:

We believe you hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or have equivalent practical experience. You bring several years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform and are comfortable working end-to-end, from understanding business needs to delivering smart, scalable solutions. Your background may be as an architect, system administrator, or platform developer. You also hold relevant ServiceNow certifications such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD, and have solid knowledge of CSDM, software asset management, and building applications and integrations.

As a person, you are driven, curious, humble, and a true team player. You enjoy learning, take initiative, and understand when a “good enough” solution creates the most value. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships across both business and IT, and navigate global stakeholders with ease. With your ability to balance quick wins and long-term thinking, you create alignment and help move discussions forward. You are fluent in English, and the ability to communicate in Swedish is a plus. For this position, you must be based in Sweden.
