Klättermusen is seeking to hire a dynamic and enthusiastic eCommerce CRM Specialist to join our eCom team in Stockholm.

As a CRM specialist, you will work with Klättermusen’s customer database with the goal of driving CRM strategy, using data-driven insights to optimize user engagement, drive customer retention, and enhance brand loyalty. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, brand and retail teams to ensure the CRM insights and newsletters are utilized effectively and consistently to maximise business objectives.
You will be involved in developing Klättermusen’s CRM strategy through tracking, A/B testing and executing sales-driving and loyalty-building blueprints towards our customers.
