As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating structure, delivering high-quality support, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
You will work closely with the Nordic HR team and managers across the organization, handling a broad mix of administrative and coordinating tasks.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same — and who enjoys being the “spider in the web.”
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, collective agreements, and internal policies
- Manage administrative processes related to employment, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding
- Coordinate and execute employee activities and events
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and routines
- Support projects related to work environment, recruitment, and employer branding
Qualifications
- Degree in HR, personnel administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative HR work
- Strong proficiency with HR systems and MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Structured, service-minded, and able to work independently
- Enjoys a role with many stakeholders and a wide variety of tasks
