Job Description

Your contribution to something big

As a IVT Brand manager at Bosch Home Comfort you will be responsible for the brand IVT in Sweden. You will also be responsible for the strategic marketing direction and plan for IVT.

• IVT Brand responsibility
• You will manage and develop the IVT brand together with the Nordic marketing organization and the IVT Sales Manager.
• Setting the strategic direction for IVT Marketing
• You are responsible for ensuring continuous development of the brand IVT in Sweden, but don’t worry, you will be part of a strong sales and marketing organization where we strive to challenge the ways we do marketing in the heat pump industry.
• Balanced strategic and operational responsibilities
• The role combines long-term strategic planning with hands-on operational work. We work in a small and agile organization that helps each other and finds a way forward.
• Responsibility for budget planning and oversight
• includes managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize brand impact

The position is placed in Tranås, Sweden

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• University degree, preferably a Master’s in a relevant field; alternatively, extensive and relevant professional experience may compensate for formal education.
• Previous professional experience in a brand manager role with several years of experience.
• Fluent in English as well as Swedish

Preferred skills:

• Previous experience within the heat pump industry or a similar industry within durable goods
