What you will do in this role
Supervise the day-to-day operations of a team of call center associates, including monitoring performance, attendance, and productivity.
Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to ensure performance metrics and KPIs are achieved.
Identify performance issues, create improvement action plans, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service that meets contractual KPIs and operational goals.
Handle escalated customer cases and provide subject matter expertise when additional support is required.
Lead team meetings and activities, communicate updates and expectations clearly, and promote a positive and engaging team environment aligned with company values.
Your qualifications
Fluent in English.
Experience in customer service, call center operations, or a similar leadership role (2–4 years preferred).
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead teams to meet performance targets.
What’s in it for you

Salary: €25,000 gross/year + up to €6,000 bonus + private medical insurance
