Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Business Requirements Specialist
What you will work on
- Leading the requirement specification work for the Corporate KYC solution
- Conducting process mapping and process inventory of current Corporate KYC workflows
- Documenting, visualizing, and standardizing KYC-related processes
- Translating business processes into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews across business, risk, and technology teams
- Identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in current processes
- Collaborating with development teams to clarify requirements and support solution design
- Supporting requirement prioritization and requirement management
- Ensuring that documented processes and requirements create a future-ready system foundation
What you bring
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements management
- Experience in Business Process Modelling
- Experience with process inventory and process documentation
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirement specifications
- Experience working closely with development teams in transformation or system implementation projects
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with developers and understand technical considerations
- Experience working in complex stakeholder environments
- Fluency in English and Swedish
