We are looking for a Team Manager for our Active Noise Control team located in Linköping. This is a key role combining responsibility for the R&D team and leading the product management of Active Noise Control within Faurecia Creo. You will manage the product lifecycle, drive customer engagement, and lead projects in a global context. Your key contacts will be with our global sales and innovation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management: Define platform strategy, roadmap, and requirements together with the engineering team.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Project Leadership: Plan and coordinate platform development projects.
• Innovation: Drive new ideas and concepts for future Active Noise Control solutions.
• People Leadership: Ensure team growth and engagement through coaching, individual development plans, and recruitment if needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
• Adequate technical and leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Active Noise Control technology and automotive systems.
• Experience in software development processes and automotive standards (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 9001).
• Background in embedded systems or signal processing is a plus.
• Master of science degree in relevant field
