You will support a regional innovation organization and a European consortium in preparing a strong proposal for the Horizon programme, with a focus on public procurement of innovation in health and care. The assignment suits someone with deep knowledge of European Commission funding instruments and a proven ability to contribute to successful research and innovation proposals.

You will work closely with the proposal coordinator and consortium partners in a collaborative and agile setting, helping turn strategic priorities into a well-structured and competitive application.

• Support the development of a high-quality proposal for the Horizon programme.
• Collaborate directly with the proposal coordinator and consortium partners throughout the writing process.
• Contribute subject-matter expertise in European health and care policy and its link to research and innovation funding.
• Translate strategic goals and programme intentions into a clear, compelling proposal narrative.
• Help coordinate inputs from stakeholders and shape them into a coherent final submission.

• In-depth and documented knowledge of EC funding instruments and how they are affected by European policy in health and care.
• Documented experience in submitting approved project proposals for EC research and innovation funding.
• Documented experience in writing approved project proposals for the Horizon programme.
• In-depth knowledge of the strategy and purposes driving the Horizon funding instrument and how they are implemented in funded projects.
• Fluent in English.
• Available to contribute on short notice.

• Extensive European network of relevant research and innovation organizations in the health and care domain.
• Documented experience in coordinating the preparation and submission of approved EC research and innovation proposals within the health domain.
