As People & Culture Manager, you support nominated leaders globally and work in close collaboration with the Vice President, People & Culture, Pulp, Energy & Circularity and the wider Valmet People & Culture community. In this role, you make a real impact by driving and implementing global people and culture priorities that support business performance and sustainable growth.
In this role, you will work closely with Business Area leaders and leadership teams and act as a trusted People & Culture business partner. The preferred location is in Europe, India or China, in one of Valmet’s current locations.
